Masashi was an excellent communicator. We corresponded a lot before we left Canada. He asked what we were interested in seeing, gave his own recommendations and together we arranged the itinerary for our day together.  He was very professional.  Since we were planning our own 10-day intinerary, he even gave us directions how to get to our accoodations from the airport and recommendations of what to do during the rest of our trip.  He was amazing, very helpful and fun. :The name of the guide is Masashi Takahashi.
