Best Tour Guide Natsuki was very knowledgeable and very friendly to us. We had just arrived from Canada and so we were still Jetlagged, Natsuki was very patient with us. Mrs. Kobayashi provided excellent service, tailoring my day to meet my requests. I enjoyed exploring the traditional neighborhood of Yanaka as well as the bustling tourist area of Asakusa. On our way, she pointed out things of interest in Ueno Park. In addition to providing me with general information, she shared interesting facts about Japanese architecture, history, and daily life. She provided me with recommendations of souvenirs and restaurants, and also helped me plan activities to explore on my own.
