My experience with Shinya-san as a guide was fantastic and allowed me to visit places that greatly enriched my journey through Japan, and without him I certainly could not have reach there alone. I would first like to highlight Shinya-san's goodwill in having given away 3 days of his free time to guide me around Tokyo, it was an immeasurable help. Second, the extreme kindness of Shinya-san, from the exchange of emails prior to my arrival to the last moments of the last day of the tour. Shinya-san was extremely helpful in guiding me through places of my interest, in particular places far from Tokyo and that deviate from the common standard, such as the G-cans tour and Umihotaru. He took all the trouble of researching on these places, putting together all the transportation logistics and still making reservations, I am extremely grateful to him for it, it was truly amazing. In addition, Shinya-san has always sought to enrich my experience with information on places visited, whether through our conversations, guides and pamphlets in English that he always sought to provide me, as well as information in Portuguese of some places visited. It was really surprising how much Shinya-san made efforts for me to have a great experience during the 3 days he guided me. And I can say with absolute certainty that he did a great work guiding me during those 3 days and that made my trip so much better. I would also like to point out that we did not have any problems regarding communication, on the contrary, Shinya-san's English allowed us to talk a lot and exchange information about Japanese and Brazilian cultures, it was very pleasant. It was truly a wonderful and enriching experience that will remain forever in my memories.
