The TFG service was fantastic! We were met at our hotel and guided through several pre-arranged sights. We were familiarized with the subway system and its lines for future travel. Our shared lunch was great in a local place serving traditional food. Our guide was friendly, personable, very knowledgeable and we truly enjoyed our day with him. We are so glad we found TFG!

We really appreciated the time and effort Osamu has taken to prepare our common tour. Additionally, he gave excellent advice for additional sightseeing on the following day.
Osamu gave us an extensive overview on the history, culture, and economy in Japan. Also our twin-sons enjoyed the time spending with him.
Thanks for your generous hospitality!

Yumiko arrived at our hotel in Shinjuku so it was very convenient for us. We took the train to Ueno where we saw market in the streets, after that were to the restaurant and ate wonderful sushis. It was a great experience because in Belgium we don't have a lot of choice of fish. Quality was excellent. After lunch, we were to Ueno park and saw temples and sactuarises. Yumiko explane us the japanese culture aboute life, education, health, religion, food, etc. And we explaned life in Belgium. It was really interresting for us to exchange ideas about our different countries. We speak french in Brussels, it was convenient that Yumiko spoke french too. Her level is really excellent. After the park, we were to Yanaka and sow a little shop who sell Maneki Neko, it was so cute. We love cats, it was a good surprise for us to find good souvenirs to bring with us for our family and friends. And we finished the day at Asakusa streets and temple Senso-Ji, it was a great experience.

Wanted to thank you for the great tour I had with your company, with Yumiko Takada. First of all, I heard about your service from a friend who recommended me. Exactly as he said, the service is wonderful. Starting from the friendly user registration, following the communication till the trip, and of course, the trip itself.
Yumiko was so nice, welcoming and great guide. We have been together at Asakusa and she explained the hystory of the place and also the tradition. She also exposed me to local food and I really had an interesting experience!
On top of all, I enjoyed talking with her about life in Japan, traditions, the differences and the similarity between Israel and Japan, family and other issues. So, thanks a lot to Yumiko and to your great organization that open his heart, voluntarily, to the tourist in Japan!

Fantastic Service!
Our guide for the day, Naoko Karasawa , was wonderful and got our trip off to a great start! Naoko was so kind, helpful and eager to share her love of Tokyo and it's history!! She made sure to cater our tour to meet our specific requests and also showed us some hidden treasures! Having her to help us navigate and learn the subway on our first day was invaluable! My husband and I truly enjoyed her company, knowledge and assistance! What a great service!
