We had a most enjoyable day with Sugey. She was very helpful in setting up our JR passes and Suica cards and helping us understand the rail system. Our emails previous to our day were very helpful so we all knew exactly what we were doing. She listened to what we wanted and delivered a wonderful experience. She was lovely also and we all felt loved by her, especially our children who she doted on. It was so easy to register and we were impressed by how quickly our guide Kumi contacted us. She was so organised from the start and prepared a great itinerary based on our interests. On the day she was unfailingly patient and good humoured despite the intense heat.
