Mayuco accompanied us to visit the central station, the Ueno park, the market and Akihabara, she was very patient because we often stopped to take pictures. She explained to us so many things and how to get around the city. A beautiful day! Thank you!!

Kumi was a kind and attentive guide. We had limited time in Tokyo and the time we spent with her provided a great overview and introduction to Japan. Before our arrival, she asked what we would like to see and if we have any allergies. Kumi researched the sights and planned the day so that when we met finally met, she presented us with a beautiful, personally created itinerary. Having her guide us through the city on our first day in Japan was invaluable. We were lucky to have such a thoughtful and kind person to introduce us to Tokyo. Arigatou gozaimasu Kumi!

My wife and I had a wonderful and diverse tour with lovely Chinami today, impressive how lucky we were to take in so much of Japanese culture. She shared so many little details with us, prepared a tour for us that was truly in a flow and made us feel like we are hanging out with a friend. Huge thank you for this great experience.

Yumiko was so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us multiple options for what we wanted to see. We were shown around at Ueno Park where we saw a Buddhist temple and a Shinto Shrine, she explained how to properly pray. She provided us with great historical information about the city. We went to lunch at a delicious traditional Japanese restaurant, had a wonderful conversation with her. We then went to Akihabara and played some games with our teenage daughter. I can not recommend Yumiko enough and Tokyo Free Guide, it was a great way to see Tokyo!

I would like to thank TFG for an excellent service and especially to my guide Junko Murakami who is absolutely wonderful in guiding me to Enoshima & Kamakura. We had a lot of fun chatting as if we were old friends and we enjoyed the most scrumptious & famous food for lunch in Enoshima ie. shirasu (whitebait) & sakura ebi dish.
Two amazing sights that I enjoyed very much were:
1)Enoshima cliffs and rock platforms
2) Kamakura Daibutsu) is a bronze statue of Amida Buddha

We are very happy with the guiding service provided by Hajime. We have requested for a tour of places which are off the normal tourist areas and Hajime definitely delivered on that, and he has obviously done quite a bit of research on the areas too. We highly recommend the services provided by TFG and specifically Hajime-san. Thank you very much for such a wonderful day around Tokyo.
