Yoshi was our guide, really nice and competent. He created a perfect itinerary for us, making us discover the oldest part of Tokyo, teaching us ritual gestures and the history of Buddhist and Shintoist temples, as per our request. Supported by images and maps, in perfect English he explained everything in detail. For lunch we wanted to taste Okonomiyaki and took us to a place where the preparation was really delicious as well as spectacular. Service highly recommended for those who, like us, go to Tokyo for the first time, also for general information, such as how to use the metro or where to eat well.

Makoto was a fabulous guide. His English was good and when we spoke too quickly, as many excited Aussies do, we were able to break it down into simpler sentences and understood each other. Makoto knew the subway lines and bus well and was conscious of costs and pricing with everything and always checked with us prior to booking anything. He was flexible with the itinerary incase our children were too exhausted to travel later in the evening & took us to the Gundam exhibit and store, as he established that our kids loved transformers! This personal gesture reflected the personality of our guide - such a kind and thoughtful man. Thanks, Makoto!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Shoko. This was our second time meeting her, and requested her after our visit a year ago. She took us to see some different areas this time and had some excellent suggestions of where to tour along with the areas we were interested in. She is very knowledgable, helpful, and courteous.

Sumi was a fantastic guide. He took us to see the most beautiful and historic places in Tokyo. He explained many things about Japanese culture, food and traditions. He took us to wear a real kimono and write our names according to the various Japanese alphabets. He also gave us a gift at the end of the tour. We went to eat the Monjayaki. Very kind and attentive to our needs, he gave us a beautiful day and it was pleasant to spend a day with him.
