Chiyoko was an excellent guide; knowledgeable, kind, patient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We loved that she took us to a restaurant that she knew for lunch and helped us understand how to order and what different foods were. She was wonderful with our children (aged 9 and 10) and they enjoyed talking with her and practicing their (limited) Japanese. It was a lovely day.

The tour was great and was an amazing opportunity to ask questions about the local customs and culture I hadn't had before and to see the city from a very different perspective.
My guide, Teto, was very friendly and open minded, he is not the kind of guide that reads out of a book, he new to point out the interesting spots and facts and shared insights from his personal perspective that made me understand things very differently than before.
Thank you!

Kiyo has guided us through beautiful and and interesting places in Tokyo, and we were impressed by how well prepared he came with a tour proposal. Also he kept in touch with our second day guide, which was really appreciated. Finally, he gifted us with a small present, which we are taking back home. Thank you Kiyo!

I love my day in Tokyo with Miwako, I get to experienced and learned so much a lot Japanese culture and life style. We first went to Meiji Shrine, Miwako taught us how to pray and wash our hands, she also explained to us about the history of Meiji Shrine. Then we visit Omotesandō, Miwako explained various architects work and style, which I really enjoyed and show us unique spots. We had lunch at a really good Shabu Shabu place for a good lunch price. Lastly, we visit Yanaka, which it's also my favorite part of the trip, it was a quiet neighborhood and very different than other parts of Tokyo and we get to experienced the traditional tea ceremony.
I love the services the TFG provided, I wish other cities would do the same and I recommend Miwako and the TFG services 100%.
