As can be clearly understood from the all around "EXCELLENT" ratings, the day we had with Ken was, well, EXCELLENT indeed. The teatro received through the website before the tour was excellent. The guide Yasushi was excellent and brilliant. He knows a lot about the history of Japan and places where we go sight seeing. The service was outstanding. I had an enjoyable time on my tour. I was able to see and do things that were not too touristy but were still very interesting. The guides were flexible despite the current events and when it did not work out with the first guide, TFG worked to assign me to someone who was available. Keiko was amazing for us - We didn't know what we wanted to see and she created a tour for us with various different places to see. She even found an incredible place for us to enjoy lunch with a live shamisen performance.
