I must point out that this kind of service which local volunteer guides tourists is unique to Japan and we have never met such organization anywhere else in the world. Mr. Kuniaki picked us up from the hotel where we were staying and accompanied us all day in the Shibuya and Shinjuku neighborhoods of Tokyo. His accompaniment helped us to better understand the Japanese culture, and he did it in a very pleasant way. We were a family of 6 travelers of all ages and he was able to adapt himself to everyone. In the days after the tour, Kuniaki took care of us and sent us recommendations on WhatsApp for the rest of the trip.
