I think that TFG is a service that taught me the true value of the volunteer work in terms of welcoming the tourist. I never saw anything like that and I was very amazed that people from Tokyo can find space in their busy life to give us a local point of view. The proud and knowledge my guide have from her own city and culture is touching. The conversation we had was very pleasurable and I thank you very much for making me feel welcome these way.

We had a wonderful time a the Imperial Palace Gardens and were able to get inside the premises in a guided tour.

Services provided by TFG are much needed for first time visitors like us to Japan especially Tokyo. Tokyo is a very big city which has much to offer. Without such service it would be very hard and uncomfortable for us to explore the city in just few days.

Mr. Masahiro Kimura is very knowledgeable and personal. He has shown us lots of areas from which we have learned tremendous amount of Japanese culture.  Mr. Kimura also took us to some delicious Sushi restaurants because we wanted to eat with the locals and mingle with the local. Fantastic trip and we all had a great time. Highly recommend Mr. Masahiro Kimura.

It would be desirable appointments are assigned with a little more in advance because we received mail from our guide when we had already begun the trip and could not bring something from Spain to give to Sakura.

We experienced the service by TFG as very pleasant. Communication was clear and fast and we were very happy to find such a great guide.

I have nothing but very high regards for Chiyoko-San and because of her I will definitely be making a trip back to Yokohama and kamakura (will stay over instead of the day trip that I took in October). Both my Daughter and hubby finds her very endearing and have good knowledge of the history and transport system. We were able to take the mini bus around kamakura and feel like a local.

We are very happy with TFG services, without your services will be lost in the maze of transportation and on a constant confusion and arguing. Thank you and salute to all volunteers in TFG.
