Ms. Takako Kato was very accommodating to our needs. Since the tour happened on the day after our arrival from Ottawa, Canada, she gave us plenty of rest spots along the tour. The itinerary she suggested was very rich and yet she was very flexible on the schedule. The tour itself was an highlight of our journey. It was a lovely and memorable tour!

We were very impressed with your volunteer service and with our volunteer guide. Thank you for making our visit to Japan so memorable through your service. Mr. Togasaki is a very, very nice man and a pleasure to spend the day with. He was very responsive and well organized. Great way to get below the surface and understand Japan better.

The Tokyo free guide service is a fantastic and fun way to enjoy exploring Tokyos site and complicated transport system. We had a very enjoyable experience with our guide Akemi and would not have been able to see half as much without her guidance.

We were lucky enough to have Mario for 5 days. With Mario we toured the city by walking and/or subway and had a much better feel for the city which we would not have had if we had been on our own. Mario's knowledge and tour preparation were impressive and he was flexible with our plans. Mario clearly enjoys being a volunteer tour guide and he is a happy person with an engaging personality.
